Life Coach sessions are 40 to 45 minutes in person, by phone, or Skype. Sounding board sessions (where you talk, I listen and offer feedback) are half as long. Invoicing is through PayPal or credit card. Because my email is posted on the web I get a lot of SPAM. So please include the phrase "life coach" in the subject of your initial email or message me on facebook.
